CrossMark Consultants, LLC is one of the country's leading ACT! consulting firms. Specializing in soup-to-nuts implementation, the consultants at CrossMark have helped hundreds of companies deploy highly customized ACT! database programs, designed to create productivities and efficiencies in their clients' sales, marketing, and operational processes.

CrossMark was "born" in 2008 - the result of a merger between two well-respected and long-established ACT! consulting firms; Crossroads Automation Services and MarkeTech Services. The principals of these two firms, Tami Sauer and Liz Hendon, believed that by merging their firms, they would be able to provide the best possible service to their many clients.

Liz Hendon, an ACT! Certified Consultant and an ACT! Premier Trainer, has been providing ACT! consulting services in the Washington, DC area since 1997. With over 20 years experience in sales and marketing management, Liz especially enjoys helping businesses integrate their sales and marketing processes into the ACT! experience. In addition, Liz is a master trainer, who pioneered the concept of ACT! "Power Usage." She has trained over 100 ACT! consultants nation-wide in how to effectively deliver ACT! training. A life-long resident of Bethesda, MD, Liz lives there still with her husband and 15-year old twin sons.

Tami Sauer, known internationally in the ACT! community as "The Report Goddess", has been an ACT! Certified Consultant since 1994. With dual specialties in both ACT! and Crystal Reports, Tami helps companies hear the story they need to hear from their ACT! databases - she consults and designs reports that help business owners and managers achieve meaningful analysis of all different types of data contained within ACT!. Tami's in-depth understanding of the many different ways in which ACT! can capture information has helped her earn the reputation as a goddess of database design as well. Tami has recently moved to the Seattle area where she is learning to love the "liquid sunshine" that the rest of the world calls "rain".
